Policy
All preliminary discussions and price quotes via e-mail or phone do not constitute a formal agreement or a consent to consult with your family and student until a Consulting Contract is signed by you and Dr. Bass on an agreed-upon date. Consultations can be contracted hourly or for a full or partial college planning/consulting package, with number of sessions to be mutually agreed upon. Signed Consulting Contracts can be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notification.
